— Frequently Asked
How do you make the deck feel unmistakably like us?
We look beyond dates and monograms to the people, places, rituals, objects, and quiet proofs of love that shaped you. Then we edit those details into one cohesive visual world, so the finished deck feels collected from your life together.
What exactly do we receive?
Your commission includes 250 finished, poker-sized decks in custom tuck boxes. Every deck contains 54 playable cards plus two bonus Couples’ Game cards. You can add more decks before production.
What are the Couples’ Game cards?
Two bonus cards give the deck a life after the wedding. They invite you to revisit the stories inside it, compare what each of you remembers, and discover details the other held onto differently—without replacing any of the 54 playable cards.
How long does the process take—and when should we begin?
Ten to twelve weeks gives the process comfortable room, and we recommend at least eight whenever possible. Production takes about three weeks after artwork approval, followed by delivery. We review every request within 72 hours before accepting the date.
Are these high-quality playing cards?
Yes. They are made as proper playing cards: poker-sized, fully opaque, and printed on 310 GSM black-core stock with a linen finish and protective varnish. They are designed to shuffle, deal, play, and keep.
What happens after we submit—and when are we charged?
Submitting places a temporary card authorization while we review your date, scope, and studio capacity. If accepted, the design installment begins the creative work. The production balance is charged only after you approve the complete artwork and choose to print.
Do we see the complete artwork before committing to production?
Yes. You receive a complete digital proof and dedicated revision rounds before anything goes to print. Manufacturing begins only after your final approval.
